Ruth Hazen, MD
Dr. Hazen received her MD from the University of Pittsburgh in 1976, and completed residencies in Pediatrics and Child Psychiatry at University of California, Irvine. She then completed a fellowship in Psychosomatic Medicine at Boston Children’s Hospital. She joined Lynnfield Pediatrics in 1986. She is interested in the physical and emotional development of all children. She enjoys working closely with each family and serving as an advocate for their children. Additionally, Dr Hazen has been on the clinical faculty of Northeastern University since 1999, mentoring Physician Assistant students in their pediatrics rotations.
John Schey, MD
Dr. Schey received his MD from the University of California, San Diego in 1972, and completed his internship and residency in Pediatrics at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. He then completed a fellowship in Developmental Pediatrics at Boston Children’s Hospital. He worked in Pittsburgh and California before founding Lynnfield Pediatrics in 1983. He enjoys working with children of all ages and their families, and he tries to make his practice as personalized as possible.
Jonah Schey, MD
Dr. Jonah received his MD from Tufts University in 2013. He stayed at Tufts to complete his Pediatrics internship and residency, where he received the NEQCA Excellence in Primary Care Award. After residency, he moved to the San Francisco Bay Area and worked in a primary care pediatrics practice for three years, before returning home to Boston and joining Lynnfield Pediatrics. He enjoys taking time to get to know his patients and their families so he can provide the best possible care for them. Outside of pediatrics, he likes running and casual sports, trying to learn chess, and going to the occasional cultural event.
Michael Sirois, PA-C
Michael joined the practice in 2010 as the full-time physician assistant upon graduating from Northeastern University. Prior to Northeastern, he received his bachelor’s in Biochemistry at Colby College, and worked in clinical research at Brigham & Women’s Hospital. He was trained in general medicine, but continues to specialize in pediatrics. Outside the office, Michael enjoys home improvement projects, making music, and spending time with family. He is the proud father of two incredible girls and an equally incredible boy.
Shreegouri Savkur, PA-C
Shree graduated from Karnatak Medical College in India with M.B.B.S degree and worked as a family practice physician in India for a few years. After moving to Massachusetts, she attended the Physician Assistant program at Northeastern University, and joined Lynnfield Pediatrics in 2009. She has also worked at the Mass General Hospital for Children at North Shore Medical Center Pediatric Emergency room. Shree enjoys all areas of pediatrics, but has special interest in the care of adolescents. She enjoys working with children who have complex medical issues. Outside the office, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Elizabeth Watson, NP
Elizabeth joined the practice in 2008. She works part-time, and has a special interest in adolescent women’s health. Previously, she worked as nurse practitioner for 12 years with Dr. Walter Harrison in Lynn, MA. She has also been working as an RN in the post-anesthesia care unit at Tufts Medical Center since 1984. She has been precepting nurse practitioner students for more than 10 years.
Noah has been a trusted employee since 2007. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Salem State University with a Major in Finance and a Minor in Decision Research Science in 2010. He is the Office Manager, and works hard to make sure the office runs smoothly. In his free time, Noah exercises regularly and explores his interests in fitness and nutrition.
Daniel (D.J.) Barrile, RN
D.J. joined the practice in 2017 after receiving a B.S. in Nursing from Regis University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. While competitive academically, D.J. also played goalie for the Regis Men’s Lacrosse Team, where he was consistenly praised for his hard work and talent by the NECC. Outside of work, he enjoys supporting his favorite sports teams and spending time with his family.
Diana Geoffroy, RN
Diana joined us in May of 2018 after receiving her B.S. in Nursing from Northeastern University. Before becoming a nurse, Diana received her first bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Emmanuel College and spent 8 years working in schools with children in need of social, emotional, and behavioral support. Outside of work, Diana enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, summers at the beach, and exercising.
Andrea Stevenson, RN
Andrea joined the practice in 2007 upon graduating from UMass Lowell. When not working, she enjoys reading, walking, and spending time with family.
Stephanie Zeller, RN
Stephanie joined the practice in 2016 upon graduating from Northeastern University with a B.S. in Nursing. Prior to Northeastern, she received her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Salem State University. Throughout her college years Stephanie was involved in many extracurricular art activities for children and enjoyed giving back to the community through volunteer work. Stephanie is continuing her education to become a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry/Mental Health. She also works as an RN on the Pediatric Psychiatry Unit at Union Hospital NSMC. When not working, she loves home improvement projects, exercising, spending time with family and painting.
Joanna began working at Lynnfield Pediatrics in 1989. She works at the reception desk and in the billing department. Previously, she taught elementary grades in the Peabody and North Reading school systems. Joanna has two daughters and four grandchildren, enjoys traveling with her husband, and enjoys crafts of all sorts.
Lisa has been with Lynnfield Pediatrics in a variety of jobs since April 1989. Previously, she was an early childhood education teacher. She is the mother of one son. She likes hiking, cooking and entertaining.
Joan has been with Lynnfield Pediatrics since 2008, but has been affiliated with the office since the birth of her son in 2003. As one of the receptionists, she enjoys meeting and getting to know each of the families that attend the practice. Prior to coming to Lynnfield Pediatrics, she worked as an administrative officer at Harvard Law School for many years.
Angela was the first employee of Lynnfield Pediatrics. She had a degree in medical technology from Northeastern University when she began her career with Dr. Schey in 1983 as his secretary, bookkeeper, assistant, etc. She also acquired her Master’s Degree in Management from Emmanuel College. She was the office manager for many years, and although retired, she continues to help with administrative projects. Angela enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, painting and boating.
