After scheduling your televisit, check in at your appointment time by clicking the appropriate button below for your provider. The provider will then start the video call.

In addition, Jacqueline Collins, PA-C, who many of you already know and love and who has been an integral part of our practice for the past four years, will begin accepting her own patients starting August 1, 2025.
